Who is eligible to open an account?
The membership requirement is quite simple. We work with people from our local regions of Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga, or Madison County. So, to be eligible for membership, you must live, work, or attend school within our local areas. Plus, the immediate family of a current Money FCU credit union member is automatically eligible. For local businesses, membership requirement includes a company or other legal entity located within the counties mentioned above.

Money Federal Credit Union Founded in 1976
Mutual of New York Life Insurance Company (MONY) employees founded Money Federal Credit Union in 1976.
