Our members’ health and safety is one of our top priorities. Additionally, we want to make sure we can do business from a distance. We work towards this every day. We are prepared and ready to serve you even if you can’t get to us.
If there comes a time when you cannot get to our office or a Shared Branch, these are the tools and products we already have in place to make sure your life isn’t interrupted. You can continue banking during COVID-19.
Money FCU Debit Card
A debit card is the best way to make purchases and get cash when you need it. Use our debit card as “credit” wherever Mastercard is accepted (at checkout and online), and “debit” for when you need cash. We strongly recommend testing your debit card at an ATM to ensure you have the correct 4-digit PIN. If you don’t know your PIN, please contact us at (315) 671-4000 or chat live on our website.
Surcharge-free ATM Locations
If you need cash but don’t want to visit a branch, you have access to over 55,000 ATM locations nationwide. Find an ATM near you on our website, or in our mobile app under “ATM and Branch Locator.” *If the ATM displays that you will be charged a fee, accept it and finish your transaction. You will not be charged.
Nationwide Shared Branches
Shared Branches are a network of 5,600 credit unions throughout the country that allow you to make transactions at their branches. It’s like you’re visiting Money FCU. Find a Shared Branch near you on our website or in the mobile app under “ATM and Branch Locator”. Simply type in your zip code to locate a branch near you. You will need a photo ID and your member number in order to transact on your account at these locations.
Online Banking and Bill Pay
Online access is the best way to review transactions, make transfers, and even pay your bills. If you don’t log in regularly,we recommend that you take the time to ensure you have online access. If you are locked out or need help enrolling your account, please call us at (315) 671-4000, or chat live on our website. You can access Money FCU’s online banking from our home page or this link.
Mobile App with Mobile Deposit
If you don’t already have our official app, we recommend that you download it for your Apple or Android device. You can make transfers, check your accounts, find ATMs, and deposit a check with your phone. Ask us to enable Mobile Deposit for your account. It’s the easiest way to deposit a check without leaving your home.
Your Money is Safe
We understand you may have concerns regarding the ups and downs of the current economic climate. We want to assure you that your money is safe with Money Federal Credit Union. Your deposits are insured up to $250,000 per member by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
Update your Contact Information
We cannot stress enough how important it is to have an updated email address and correct phone numbers. Communication is key in times of uncertainty.You can update your information in the following ways:
