The health and safety of our employees and our members is a top priority during these uncertain times. Our team needs to remain healthy so we can continue to serve you.
After great consideration, we have to decided to close the lobby until further notice. We are available by phone, chat, and email, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.

Our goal has always been to make banking easy for you. We continuously strive to make it so you don’t have to come to a branch, with convenient services like online and mobile banking, surcharge-free ATMs, mobile deposit, and more. We are prepared to serve you from a distance.

Secure Email: You can email us securely through your online banking account. After you’re logged in, click “Contact Us” in the upper right corner.

General Email: You may send general questions to [email protected] **Do not send sensitive information (account numbers, SSN, DOB, loan numbers, etc.) to this email address.** Please use our secure chat or the message center in online banking for account-specific matters.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

Online Banking
Accessing your account online is the best way to review transactions, make transfers, and check your balance. If you are locked out or need help enrolling your account, please call or chat with us. Click here to access Money FCU’s online banking.

Mobile Banking
Download Money FCU’s official app for your Apple or Android devices. Log in with the same information you use for online banking. Within the app, you can:

  • Deposit a check (ask us to turn this on for your account)
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer money
  • Find an ATM
  • Send a message

Bill Pay
Log into your online banking account and click the Bill Pay tab. You can enroll at the next screen. Once you’re enrolled, you can do any of the following.

  • Pay your bills – many merchants are set up to receive your payments electronically
  • Transfer money – you can make a transfer to another account if you know the routing and account number. Click the “Transfers” tab once you’re in the Bill Pay platform.
  • Pay A Person – you can do this with or without their account information.

HOW TO GET CASH

If you have a debit card, you can get cash! Don’t know your PIN? Call or chat with us!

Surcharge-free ATMs
You have access to over 55,000 ATM locations nationwide. Find an ATM near you on our website, or in our mobile app under “ATM and Branch Locator.” *If the ATM displays that you will be charged a fee, accept it and finish your transaction. You will not be charged.

Cash Back at Checkout
Some places may be limiting their cash back options during this time, but if it’s available, you can choose the amount of cash back you want to add to your purchase total. You will need to choose “DEBIT” and enter your 4-digit PIN for this option.

Nationwide Shared Branches (mainly those with drive-through access)
Shared Branches are a network of 5,600 credit unions throughout the country that allow you to conduct transactions at their branches just as if you were at Money FCU. Find a Shared Branch near you on our website or in the mobile app under “ATM and Branch Locator”. Simply type in your zip code to locate a branch near you. You will need a photo ID and your member number in order to transact on your account at these locations. 

HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT

Mobile Deposit
The easiest way to deposit a check without leaving  your home!  You can deposit a check with your smartphone or tablet. Call or chat with us to see if your account is enrolled for this feature.

HOW TO PAY YOUR LOAN

Online
Use our online banking service to pay your loan out of any other bank account. Log in or enroll here, then follow the steps below.

  • Click the “Transfers” tab
  • Under the “Transfer From” box, drop down to “Other Financial Institution (Loan Payment)”
  • Under the “Transfer To” box, drop down to the loan you want to pay
  • Enter the amount you want to pay then click “Continue”
  • Click “Yes” to proceed to the payment site
  • Add a payment method of either a debit card (for a fee) or the routing and account number of your other bank account (no fee)

Bill Pay at Your Other Bank
Set up Money FCU as a merchant in bill pay at your other bank. Make sure to reference your account number and loan number. Please note that your bill pay provider will not process these electronically, and you should check the estimated delivery date before submitting it.

Mail Us a Payment
While this isn’t the quickest way to get us a payment, it still works! Make sure to include your account number and loan number on the memo line of the check.
